Cheap Spectacles at Sungei Wang

I don't mind buying cheap stuff as long as it's worth it. My cheap spectacles which i've used almost 2 years has been a history after my mom step on it..anyway it's time already la to make new one. On Wednesday nite after work my dear and i went to Sungei Wang to do my spec.

Mine just Rm88 with my lens' power not increase pun only i got some aversion to light around 70. My lens power around 200 and another one 325. They also got Rm68 value set ( spec + lens) and Rm138 for 2 pieces of spectacles. Just choose from their display. They even got not the plastic type but i like the nerdy frame better.Another bonus is they can do your spec around 1 hour time. I think mine less than that.

So where to head for this awesome deal...

There's so many store on G Floor. Just pick one. I always do it at ...

 

Iftar at Nando's

Yesterday i took a time out from my dear and have some fun with my girl Zura. As she said to her husband, we were in our formal hang out place at KL Festival City Mall, Setapak. So, we just wants to talk, hang around and do bits of shopping. 

As it's fasting month all eateries must be booked earlier to avoid disappointment. And my advise to non-muslim..during this month avoid Halal's restaurants since it will be usually full  around 7.30.. we booked our place around 6.30p.m and there's only 1 table left at that time. So, imagine that. You have to reserve your spot. But after 8 pm usually it will quited down since we have to eat faster to catch up with our Maghrib prayer.

So, we took break fasting deal at Rm56..there are 1 salad + 2 x 1/4 chicken with 2 side dishes + 3 smal pcs of cakes ( like cake batik one) + bottomless drink ( ice lemon tea /coke).. our total bill includes taxes Rm64 something. 

Overall the taste is quite ok la. I took the extra hot peri-peri chicken which by my standard not hot at all. I have to add the too hot sauce several time to get the kick. The food came a bit late after break fasting and it's cold. I wonder what took them so long when it's cold.. the service pretty good and we have our bottomless refill in no time..

Korean Food Festival One Utama

It's been such a long time since we've come to One  Utama. There are new things such as IMAX TGV and also ISETAN. Just now we went there and they are holding Korean Food Festival by Cold Storage which their way to get rid nearly expired stock.

We bought some Kimchi - not that kick/nice and some Korean foods as well.

After a little bit walking taking on the new surrounding we went for makan. So long we didn't eat at Charms so we choose it. Like usual we ordered Lambs Charms at Rm19.90 with rice. It's still good as last time and we ordered today's special Lamb with fries at Rm15.90 with bubur kacang merah.

There's a lot of sales going on and they got gorgeous shoes at discounted price all over..You guys should check it out definitely!

F.O.S Warehouse Sales

This morning my hubby bring me here for me to let out some steam. 

It's quite worth it and plenty of  choice as well. The pants can get at Rm20 and Rm15. My dear buy quarter length pant at Rm10. I got some blouse at Rm10 and my nieces clothes as well.

So worth it la. The sales will be until 30th June. The location is at Glenmarie Industrial Park.

My Deal - Tint Solution, Setapak

I just loves deals..especially cheap deal which save you a lot of money..sometimes i just felt like bragging when i get the best of deals.. and i really felt like bragging about my car tinted that i got much cheaper than my bro..

My bro got his car tinted for around Rm150 but mine just beat that to the ground when i got the deal at Rm99 only.. it was awesome and it's a good deal..the tinted is just same as normal tinted you got at higher price. It gave me 3 years warranty as well.. and my car looks quite dark with it..just the way i wanted.. 

It really felt differ from before cause now it doesn't feel over heated under the sun and i just loves it..for the value and for the tinted itself..

So make a wise decision and save up.. and you will smile when you think how smart you are amongst your friends and family who doesn't believe in discounted websites.. (^;^)

Sakura Kristal, KL Festival City Mall

Yeay, finally i can scratch away Festival City Mall from my list of Malls i wanted to go.. on Saturday whilst waiting for my car being tinted on the opposite side of the mall..my dear and me walk across the big road to cari makan here..it was quite big and full of tenants. It's quite nice also and you can do your sopping here as well..

Cause we're also here for lunch then we are looking for a number of choices and settle for Sakura Kristal.. always wanted to try this one cause i've read a lot of good comments about it.. since the price of Asean Delight was slightly expensive we set on something differ. It's like a rule for us..if you can get Mee Goreng for less, say Rm4, why you want to go to a place like this and order Mee Goreng that priced Rm8.. even thought it's the cheapest..duhh..we opted for something differ and rarely eaten even with a big price tag..

This time we went for Mixed Grill Platter..

It was quite big and we were ordering just this one for both of us. It was quite generous serving and i especially like the lamb..it was superb.. the chicken grill also was awesome..it's hard to actually find food that really grilled to perfection.. and tasty..they gave us 1 bowl of black pepper sauce and it's good.. the side dishes would make you full..they gave you 1 sausages, sunny side egg, potato wedges and coleslaw as well..

KL Festival City Mall, Setapak

Actually i haven't come here yet but when it is still in construction i've been seeing this mall.. since my friends staying near Melawati and working near there so i am tempted to go and lepak here in near future.. 

Since they have a lot of eateries - i'm eyeing the Seoul Garden - and another Mall listed in my conquering list so i guess after Raya will be the best time to go..

Already Thursday today and we will be on holiday starting tomorrow. A really long one and we're packing our bags..hopefully i can get back to normal weight soon enough..

Can't wait till Raya and for us to continue our excursion in eating and traveling.. and shopping...

Shopping for Raya

First day of work after 3 days of holiday..and i've done a lot of shopping in this 3 days..2 of my brothers came to KL and we just sort off fill in our days with activities.

On Saturday we went to Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman and believe me you don't want to go there. Luckily i took bus instead of driving. Even so there's so much traffic and people that you just want to get back a.s.a.p. I think we were around that area shopping for just 2 hours and then we cabut. The items also quite expensive and i manage to buy a pair of jeans and a blouse for my mom and one baju kurung for my niece and me.

On Sunday we went to my bff's house in Bukit Antarabangsa for Iftar and after that straight to Danau Kota Uptown Market. There yours truly gets us another cat..sighhh..and my brothers getting them self some items as well. So no luck for me also here and it's quite expensive as well.

On Monday ( public holiday for me..yeay) i accompany my dear for a meeting in Cheras and we went back to grab my brothers and went for shopping in Sg Wang..I need a pair of new spectacles and my brother need shoes and ect2..sighh...it was quite calm and we can actually walk around without bumping to people. I guess not a lot of people get the holiday..

It's totally awesome weekend and splurging was over rated here..

My advise : don't go to Jalan TAR area driving..cause you're gonna make yourself crazy with jam..just take LRT for god sake..

Berjaya Times Square

Yesterday we went for a shopping trip..at Berjaya Times Square.. i've been shopping a lot this few weeks and yesterday was overwhelming.. i went and took newly ready specs that my brother paid for on Sunday at Sg Wang then proceed to Low Yat Plaza to buy myself spare battery for my Nikon and a Tripod..

Then we went to Times Square and shopping until around 5 something. My feet was barely there by the time we finish our time out..and it's raining outside. It was worse since Monorel was so pack and crowded..sighh..but with company you just learn to ignore all that..he he

But anyway it's a nice day out with my bffs and thanks to my dear fetching me up and down my friends house in Pandan Indah.. my catch of the day.. 2 bags, a pair of shoes, a dress, a belt,  a spare battery for Nikon, a Tripod and lots of fun with besties.. so worth it the numbness of my feet..

How to Go to Star Hill/Bukit Bintang ( Pavilion) from KLCC

I had tremendous fun and tiring schedule last weekend. My family house in Malacca doing a small gathering inviting some relatives and it's tiring helping my mum prepared everything..

Then Sunday morning woke up pretty early for going back to KL and becoming tourist guide for my bro and his friends..

First stop KLCC Aquaria.. Malaysian need to pay Rm35 for entrance..

 my bro and friends.. he's done his shopping at UniQlo ( shopping so much oh)..he he

And then we wanted to do more shopping so decided on going to Bukit Bintang / Star Hill..well i know that KLCC and Times Square and Sg Wang Plaza in the same area but i don't really know other way than taking back the Putra LRT..but it will be a waste of time if so..then i ask around and get to know another way which is by walking..

Around 20 minutes we arrive behind Pavilion there from KLCC..

HOw ?

First you must go to Aquaria KLCC..then there's a tunnel leading up to the main street and take right when you got out from the building. Immediately you'll see a skywalk. Just use the skywalk and see the sign posted for direction. It was convenient, air cond and totally saving time and money. Around 15/20 minutes you'll arrive at Pavilion and you can descent from there going to whatever shopping complexes you wanted in Bukit Bintang. 

I got 4 clothes, 1 skirt and 1 specs( need new one) and all sponsored by my bro..he he thanks bro for whole day free shopping sprees, eat and sight seeing- that would be thanks to me (^;^)...

New Bag..wink wink (^:^)

Yeay i got new bag..i know i have more than dozens bag but it's my passion..what to say..he he..anyway i know it looks kind a ugly but in person it's nice..for me la .. my dear bought it for me..thanks dear (^;^) and now using it for work bag.. sighh..just taking time to relax now..have been working hard today..hu hu

Mini Myni Mo - Holiday Mode

Went back from Langkawi Holiday the day before Chinese New Year and it was tiring and fattening.. 

Overall only one day raining and it was also for a short while only. I ate a lot of seafood ( meaning very big prawn, fish, crabs..ect) which my least fav foods..i actually started to eat seafood cause my dear was so fond of it and we do went out almost one or twice every month eating all you can eat which consist of..guess what?? SEAFOOD..duhh..and lots of Chocolates..my fav..bring back a tons..he he

Anyway i have to work tomorrow and will be posting on my Langkawi Holiday trip..and if you're planning on going then my posting would be able to help you planning a bit here and there ;)

Walk around TAR & Butik First Lady

Last nite after work I accompany my friend to buy clothes for her upcoming seminar. She suppose to go on behalf of her superior and she wanted to wear decent clothes there. So we decided to meet up after work and walk around. We have 2 choice either going to KL Sentral or Jln TAR and we decide to go to the latter since there will be more places to look. We met each other at around 7 pm and we go to each store who put Baju Kurung at their shop. Personally I like street shopping because you’ll find something differ from shopping complex’s products at reasonable price.

And for someone like me who really always fall in love at first sight, it’s rather a savior to my pocket. As we walk we found a lot of pretty clothes ( I bought one) and bags ( I’m crazy about them and I bought one also) and shoes ( don have enough money to buy..hu hu) and they are cheap, cheap, cheap gurlz.. Baju kurung u can get as low as Rm45 and cotton baju kurung ( a fashion now) at RM65.

I know during Raya time you can get it at RM50 but you can bargain when it’s street shopping. Just don’t be shy about it. It’s fun and you don’t have anything to lose. So at last my friend bought 2 baju kurung at First Lady. It’s cheap and the designs are pretty good. Me myself wanted to buy but don’t have enough money..sob sob sob..

After that we went to eat KFC across the street and went back home.. it’s really nice to go for a walk after work coz it can clear your mind and makes u more relax..
