I've been wanting to come here seems forever after i read about their Pavlova that supposedly to be delicious. And i wanted to enjoy their English Hi-Tea Set as well..

English Hi-Tea for 2 Rm28.80 selection of Coffee( Non Refillable) & Tea( Refillable with many choices)

It's totally normal and sweet. Not really worth it for me. The only thing i enjoy were the Tea, The Strawberry with chocolate and my dear like the Carrot Cake as well..The below part were really rubbish and totally you-can-do-it-at-home-but-will-taste-better-than-this kinda things.. I do much better Bruschetta than them..duhh

The Pavlova was tasty but the outer layer was too sweet for me..i'm not a sweet tooth person regretfully and i enjoyed the cream inside so much..but to less the sweetness you have to eat it with the raspberry sauce..it will tastes so much more good.. 

Black Angel Seafood with Olive Paste Rm16.80

It was my dear order and the black thing was not pepper..it was herb with olive i think cause it doesn't taste spicy at all..but the taste was nice nonetheless.. the portion was so-so but the seafood was meager..

Overall this was my Saturday afternoon Hi-Tea at The Vanilla Place which after so much persuasion for my dear to bring me here turns out to be a disappointment. But not a major one since the shopping complex is so nice and there's a lot of places to eat inside also..Maybe we'll come back and try on some other tenants here..

My Lunch for today..since i'm taking my car from the service center then the nearest place to have lunch is at Bandar Menjalara and our favorite place here is The Birds..we have been eating here since forever i guess. It's a Nyonya /Chinese type of restaurant and it is open by a Chinese actors..i forgot his name but he's quite common face in Malaysia. 

And Jalan-Jalan Cari Makan have been here - I donno this since long time didn't come. So as we usually come for dinner this time we came for lunch. We took set lunch for a good price of Rm9.90 perset. Since it's quite common and i also like the food so i would say it was always worth it to come here and eat. 

So if you crave for Nyonya Food or Chinese food and you live near Kepong/ Sri Damansara / Segambut you can come here to eat. I love their timeless deco and homely feeling to eat. Dinner time are always quite full..It's located in Medan Putra Business Centre Menjalara..

Ours Cafe, Sri Damansara - Red Velvet Cake

Well since it's the coolest place to hang out in Sri Damansara i often came here nowadays. But relatively speaking i'm a big eater so i only come here when i'm not too hungry since the price rather expensive and the portion rather small.

Well this time i want to introduce you to their Red Velvet Cake priced at Rm6 per slices. They sell their cake at Rm60 per 1kg..any kind if i'm not mistaken.. i love it cause it's not too sweet and not too sloshy with cream. It's cream cheese actually and i loved it..even my dear said it's nice..

Overall if you're near Bandar Sri Damansara and looking for a place to hang out believe me this is the place to be. They have English Tea time at 4p.m to 6p.m daily i think..where you only pay Rm20 for it.There are cakes, sandwiches, scones and tea.. I'm not sure whether the cake inclusive or not..It's owned by a lovely Malay lady and she's so nice.. 

Direction : First Floor on the corner lot in a same row as Group Base..below it was the big biker workshop and the carwash.

Planning Ahead

Last week i was quite tired even for weekend. Driving from KL to Melaka then going to Kluang, Johor. It's exhausting and my eyes was quite pain. Monday is a lazy day..some say black Monday.. i've got morning meeting every Monday and a report to hand over and present.

And i'm looking at my coupons and my Archery is going to expired soon so must go and try it out and i still got coupons for Hartz Chicken Buffet. And i want to buy new sport shoes since the last one became history after Broga Hill..and i want to start jogging again..

There's so much i want to do and so much needed to be done..sighh..hopefully it will turns out good in the end..

Night Out

Yesterday i drove to Wangsa Maju to fetch my friends and we went to Jusco AU5 for dinner.. It's just a regular girls night and since this year a lot of marriage taking place then will be less of us going out like this some more.. anyway that's the way of Malays. Once we get married it's all family to us and girls have to listen to husband and if reasonable we gladly do so..

Tekanan dan Stress

Tekanan !! 

Semua orang merasai tekanan di dalam hidup..kecil atau besar bergantung kepada pendapat kita sendiri. Bagaimana kita boleh melawannya serta come out as a winner in the battle between urself dan the world adalah satu perkara yang membezakn setiap insan di muka bumi ini. Sesetengah orang choose the coward way out seperti melarikan diri, bunuh diri or worst blame other people. 

But the fact is you got to accept wujudnya tekanan di mana-mana pun arah yang kita tuju. The best way out adalah harungi tekanan ini bersama yang tersayang ( family, friends, boyfriend, husband, wife..ect) dan kuatkan diri anda supaya tidak jatuh dengan tekanan yang datang.

Come out as a winner from yourself.. orang yang berjaya adalah orang yang mampu melawan dirinya sendiri dan orang yang mampu menjadikan dirinya lebih baik dari semalam..do not try to be better than others cause your destiny tidak sama dengan orang lain..

Masa tak menunggu kita so does happiness and health..jangan lepaskan semua ini kerana tekanan atau ketakutan kerana mungkin apa yang kita lepaskan itu merupakan penyelamat kita.. hopefully i'll be wiser myself..

Sopoong, Berjaya Times Square

Yesterday went to Berjaya Times Square again ( for me la).But this time it's solely for the purpose of cari makan..i've never been to the lower ground floor and i really don't know there's a lot of place to eat here. Usually i only come for shopping and eat elsewhere..since we parked the car below so we are fortunate to stumble upon these dining area..after a brief walk we choose to eat Korean Food..

i'm pretty lazy to turn it around..duhh

I loves this..i kept on spooning the soup since it's hot and spicy..really nice..

I took this set and it's worth it..there was still soup that i did not captured here..most right one was egg in a hot plate. It's a bit salty and this the taste was so so only..

Our bill for that day was Rm49.28 inclusive tax..it was pleasant feeling dining here  and i think i'll come back to try on different dishes next time since i'm a big fan of Kimchi.. and the waiter/ waitress were really nice too.. thumbs up for that ...yeay..

The Avengers

It's like the best movie ever..and the tickets were sold out even on weekdays..yesterday only we got to watch it and it's at MBO Cinema..no our favorite TGV since it's fully booked. 

I don't know what to comment except it was awesome and never felt bored even a bit when watching it yesterday.. it was funny as hell also and we laugh a lot of times..so it was well balance between actions, jokes and thank got no kissy kissy scene..just pure adrenaline rush... i think lots of person will watch it again..he he

Berjaya Times Square

Yesterday we went for a shopping trip..at Berjaya Times Square.. i've been shopping a lot this few weeks and yesterday was overwhelming.. i went and took newly ready specs that my brother paid for on Sunday at Sg Wang then proceed to Low Yat Plaza to buy myself spare battery for my Nikon and a Tripod..

Then we went to Times Square and shopping until around 5 something. My feet was barely there by the time we finish our time out..and it's raining outside. It was worse since Monorel was so pack and crowded..sighh..but with company you just learn to ignore all that..he he

But anyway it's a nice day out with my bffs and thanks to my dear fetching me up and down my friends house in Pandan Indah.. my catch of the day.. 2 bags, a pair of shoes, a dress, a belt,  a spare battery for Nikon, a Tripod and lots of fun with besties.. so worth it the numbness of my feet..
