I'm actually still seething with fury over my lost of credit yesterday. And a lot of my friends having the same problem as well. Since we are using prepaid plan it doesn't even worth it to call foul into it and call their customer service which needed us to pay for the calls. Yeah, very stupid.
I complaint at their facebook and all they reply is complaint at their twitter or use their forum. What a jerk. They only know how to take peoples money. I think a lot of person start to change to Celcom or Digi already because of this.
