Balik Kg Tragedy

I really felt like crying during last week Balik Kampung. In fact i saw one girl cried sitting on the staircase near the jejantas at Bukit Jalil. Yup, i'm on my way back to the south, Melaka to be exact.

But i'm just so freakin' angry also that day. On Thursday 17 Sept, my bus time is 7.30pm. I'm working but i take leave early at around 2pm. Yeah i'm quite scared it will be jam and i got a lot of luggage so i'm sort of forcing my BF to drive me there. How can you walk so far from the LRT station up there in Bukit Jalil Stadium to the parking lot with so many bags. There's a lot of stairs also la. Someone must have lost their mind to put the stop there for the buses and who can blame them when they parade themself in luxury cars and never take the public transport for Hari Raya and yeah they got escorts for jam. Lucky them....

But my fate seems much worse than i feared. It started to rain. Heavily i say. You might say i'm lucky because i'm with my BF but damn them. The traffic got really heavy with 2 lanes only. On your left you could see peoples dragging their heavy beg to the bus station from the LRT station. And shivering in cold wet rain. What could they do, they can't hold umbrella with those heavy loads.

I myself was a bit skeptical about the rain. And when we get near to the station we can't get in. Yup, the car just get as far as the main road. The guards didn't allow my BF to drop me inside because they stupidly think we will not budge and cause jam inside the bus station. And guess what i have to dragged my beg in the rain. And i have to stay put at the Jejantas there standing for around half an hour because of the stupidity of the management. ANd then i have to get through the rain to look for my bus which only arrived at 7.30pm. Well, i cried certainly. Now i think that girl on the stair also deserved to cry with this horrible management of our Balik Kg.

Hey we also fasting damn it. Really i'm damn angry. They have no sense to let us in just for a drop, but then one man with a car they allowed him in to pick up his girl because they fucking know him. I ask them nicely to let us in but they just smile cynically and denied us but they damn friend they allowed. What a muse.... I hope next time mangement up there have a sense of humanity and why not you stand in the rain for us because we've done that for you a lots lots of time.. damn it

Daidomon Dinner Buffet


Daidomon is Not really worth it for me. Our bill for that dinner for 2 person is RM 126. and i ate not much. For one thing it's not charcoal barbecue, it's using gas but you certainly don't need oil. It is more like Korean than Japanese.

One thing that makes me wanted to try it because of the sashimi. I loved them but i got pretty disappointed. The Salmon doesn't seem fresh. The colour is dim orange not bright. And diversity is really out.
I rather eat 19.90 steambot and barbecue buffet at Restaurant Talipon, Kuchai Lama than here. Think this surely our last time. The only thing that i like is the beef tongue because it felt cheesy( first time oh i ate ), other than that it's just pretty normal.

If you really like Japanese Buffet just go and make reservation at Umaiya la. It's worth and the foods are really fresh. Last time i often went to the restaurant at The Place at Mutiara Damansara. I think it's already moved to Puchong but there's still one place in Damansara Utama. That one i haven't try la.

A Guy and A Fat Girl

It's been quite a while i want to post something based on the subject because i find it quite exciting and interesting. As i'm also fell into this cute size =) the insight of this matter is more clear than some other people i presume.

Commonly nowadays when you're taking public transportation you'll find this amusing scenario. In fact me myself will definately stumble upon one or two couple and they definately look really lovey dovey. Usually the girl will look at her boyfriend with warm smile and the guy will show their concern gestures. Some of us might be wondering how the hell a cute guy like that will end up with an elephant ....ha ha ha... but the truth is i think mostly because they feel loved, secured and being cared.

Guys they just merely pretending to be tough( believe me!!) at the outside but inside they are just purely childish and a bit sissy( not soft but mengada- ngada). When you are getting closer to you they will showed you something that you don't believe it ever existed, their true self.

So back to the topic. I think those guys with oversize girlfriend are really into something close to their heart, something comfortable and something warm. I ask my BF once why he don't mind me getting fatter. Of course la first he said he love me no matter what my size is ( lucky me !! ) but secondly he said he likes the fact that i'm not making such a fuss when eating time, not being too choosy and always will accompany him to eat. Not like skinny girl who will reject eating at night, eating less than normal and always skip dinner/lunch with him.

Also fatty girl were more tolerable and sweet because we soft at heart and we understand all emotions well because we have extensive experience on that =)
so that just it..

Guys like fatty girl merely because they just play themself as it is. With big heart and warmth and caring..who want to push that away, right!!!

Exercise Melts Body Fat

The leading experts now recommend that people who want to lose weight start increasing their physical activity. Just being more active in general (such as climbing the stairs instead of taking the elevator, moving around instead of sitting still, sitting up instead of lying down as well as showing some excitement and enthusiasm instead of boredom), are things that more effectively burns calories and reduces body fat.

Everyone seems to have lost sight of the value of being active. Consider this, a half-hour aerobic workout accounts for far less energy expenditure than our minute-to-minute movement in the office or at home.
Millions of Americans are trying to lose weight, spending approximately $30 billion a year on diet programs and products, often they do lose some weight. But, if you check with the same people five years later, you will find that nearly all have regained whatever weight they lost. A national panel recently sought data to determine if any commercial diet program could prove long-term success. Not a single program could do so.
Being seriously overweight and particularly obesity predisposes individuals to a number of diseases and serious health problems, and it's now a known fact that when caloric intake is excessive, some of the excess frequently is saturated fat.

People who diet without exercising often get fatter with time. Although your weight may initially drop while dieting, such weight loss consists mostly of water and muscle. When the weight returns, it comes back as fat. To avoid getting fatter over time, increase your metabolism by exercising
regularly.
Walking is one of the best exercises for strengthening bones, controlling weight, toning the leg muscles, maintaining good posture and improving positive self-concept.

To lose weight, it's more important to walk for time than speed.
Walking at a moderate pace yields longer workouts with less soreness - leading t more miles and more fat worked off on a regular basis. High intensity walks on alternate days help condition one's system. But in a walking, weight-loss program, you are not required to walk an hour every day as some people would have you believe.

When it comes to good health and weight loss, exercise and diet are inter-related. Exercising without maintaining a balanced diet is no more beneficial than dieting while remaining inactive.
