Twilight Series

I bet some of you seen the Movie but haven't read the books. Well, i can tell you there's a big different from your reading and seeing movies. I like both but hated when the stories got so much different in it.

For me the first Twilight movie was a bit disappoinment ( u'll agree with me if u read the books) . Well unfortunately i read all the books already. It was great and romantic and really really nice. I like the stories so much and the feeling i got from it. You can actually feel the sensation of loving somebody from the stories and you'll hope you got Edward as 'ur BF =).

But the movies just so off the tune. You see how they keep playing those music when they deep in their feelings. Really not touchy and stupid. They don't actually act well also. According to the book Bella should be a clumsy girl
(important point of whole stories) and yet i don't see it in the movie. Just a few miss steps with no right emotion from the actress..and don't think i'm bias but the actor also not that good =( huh. Total disappointment. The only original and remembered thing are the " So, the lion fell in love with the lamb thing" which actually makes it nearer to the books dialogue.

If you really are a fan the read the books and enjoy the feelings. The movies just giving you the insight environment of what's it looks like real( for those who lack imagination). But the books, totally awesome. Same like "Harry Potter" and "Da Vinci Code".

And i'm quite curious on the next sequel "New Moon" would be. Because Edward will be not in sight most of the times until the nearly ends. Maybe i could give another critic for the next movie..

Just go grab the books now =) and feel the passion of the lovers.

HEALTH TIME - 7 Don'ts after a Meal

1. Don't smoke - Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).

2. Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.

3. Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest however Japanese Green tea is known as a drink which has many benefits for your health.

4. Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.

5. Don't bathe ? Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

6. Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

7. Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

Finally don't just read this article, Please forward it to your Friends. Let them be aware!

Zoo Negara

Last Sunday me and my bf went to Zoo Negara. It situated in Ulu Klang and the entrance can be seen from the main road. You can either take taxi or buses. No need to worry for the ride home because there's a lot of taxi standing by inside the zoo itself.

Click here for map and other details.

Our visit can be said in the middle of satisfaction. We're happy cause we can spend time together and sweating but we're not pleased on the Zoo condition. The entrance fee is one thing, really unreasonable. We've made to choose between Rm15 or RM20. Suppose to be the RM20 is for the whole entering fees la.
We take the Rm20 fees but got really disappointed. We just wasting our money because there's nothing to see in the insect section ( got entrance fees). The butterfly cage is out of order, so why we pay more for nothing ( just get to see all the insects' mummy).

A few cages and spots were empty and stated under construction. Even the outside aquarium were green in colour ( yucks )!!

I'm not being negative but we surely pay for it. And a lot of foreign visitors will come and visit. Why not maintain and attract more people rather than sending them away.

Oh yeah the parking fees for car is RM4. More expensive than going to One Utama =) and bring your own food and water cause here it's expensive. Just imagine my bf bought Ribena in the medium size bottle cost him RM 5. The same one you can buy outside less than RM2. Ice cream which in Giant you can get for 99 cents here cost almost triple. Luckily we ate our breakfast outside that day =)

If you like to sweat and taking time walking and you're so fucking rich, you can come here and enjoy with whole family. But be prepared cause i warned you =0

N..joy!!!!!

Political and Moral Values

Well, it's not our country political that i wanted to discuss, for sure!! ( u're smiling =) so cute, u got what i meant don't u). Yup, politic occur everyday in our lives. At work, studies or even at home with family members. Usually, the richer you are the more powerful and influential( did i spell it correctly ?? ) you will be.

As a family member the same rule applied, the more you give ang pau when Raya come the more respect you get. You will be the one who "goyang kaki" and do nothing whereas one person who really sincere, helping and doing everything he could but poor will mean nothing in the eyes of others ( not for my family, mom treat us equally =0 , i get smack when i'm stealing the bones).

But family knows us inside out. Outsider don't. Politic at works really sucks. Some talented person with zero in communication will be kick off immediately by un talented person which superb in manipulative the environment, got their score and higher chair as it goes. It just natural that people will make their perception on the outside and just so few people will appreciate what's hidden.

When the times goes by morality is loosing it's value and soon forgotten because lust for power overwhelm throne. Bla, bla, bla...

U get what i mean. Why not share ur hell of the day with me!!! Nice to know there's someone in the same category as i am..

Whatevr =)

Heart Attacks and Drinking Warm Water

This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about heart attacks. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot green tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and may lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks
You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive.
Heart Attack Information
A heart attack occurs when the blood flow to a part of the heart is suddenly and permanently cut off, causing permanent damage to the heart muscle. Chest pain is typically severe and does not go away with rest or medicine that is effective with angina. Symptoms may indicate your heart is in danger many months or years before a heart attack occurs. Persistent symptoms, such as shortness of breath, nausea, great fatigue, angina/chest pain, fainting spells and gas-like discomfort, are red flags.
  • 1 in 3 adults, both men and women, has some form of cardiovascular disease.
  • In 90% of adult victims of sudden cardiac death, two or more major coronary arteries are narrowed or blocked.
  • Brain death and permanent death start to occur in just 4-6 minutes after someone experiences cardiac arrest.
  • It is in the early or initial stage that the heart disease is almost certainly treatable.
  • The heart and brain muscles are the ones which cannot be revived once dead.
  • For a large number of patients, the first and only symptom of heart disease is a fatal heart attack. Thus diagnosis becomes extremely important for everyone and that too pre-emptive and non-invasive.
A cardiologist says if everyone who reads this message sends it to 10 people, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life. Read this & Send the link to a friend. It could save a life. So, please be a true friend and send this article to all your friends you care about.

Some people say that it is just an old myth to drink warm water to prevent heart attacks and I'd also like to point out that snopes.com declares this information as an urban myth and many other people agree that cold water is not related to cancer or heart attacks in any way.
So, I have no idea if this is true and there is no research to support this theory however I still wanted to share this information about "heart attacks and drinking warm water" with all of you because its always better to be safe than to be sorry.

Check 'Ur Temper Level Based on 'Ur Horoscope

ARIES
Nothing seems to ruffle you more than a lack of discipline, disloyalty and decorum. But Arians are also known
to go into a rage very easily when challenged. Those of you who have been on the receiving end of the Aries
temper know that if not calmed down they can even get violent. But one thing is certain if the opponent
remains calm and does not react to their outburst, Arians cool down very fast. They are also the first to
apologize, which makes them easier to forgive.

TAURUS
You are generally quiet and have control over your emotions. It is difficult to predict what will upset you, so
when you do lose your cool, people don't know how to react. Your temper is like that of a raging bull, and
anyone trying to pacify you will be the first one to get a verbal bashing. You generally get upset when you are
concerned or when people accuse you of doing something wrong. You also hate being reminded about
mistakes you've made in the past. You also have the potential to be terribly vindictive if rubbed the wrong
way.

GEMINI
You are recognized by your cheerful disposition and your jovial nature is easily susceptible to anger. In fact,
you are the best person to have around when there is an ugly scene at a party you can bring the warring
factions together quite diplomatically. But when you lose cool, you yell and scream and will not listen to
reason. You must have the last word in a wordy duel. Your capacity to argue aggressively is matched only by
your seductive charm.

CANCER
Considering how charming, caring and kind you are, you dislike unpleasant scenes, much less creating one
yourself. You have great tolerance and rarely get provoked into losing your temper. If someone is
unreasonable or trying to create trouble, you are more likely to walk away quietly. But that does not mean you
do not have a temper. When angry, in your effort to control your emotions, you tremble, your hands get
sweaty and sometimes you fumble for words. Tears roll down your eyes easily and the opponent is touched
by your innocence and will seek an apology immediately.

LEO
If anyone has total control over their emotions, it is you. But then, you can be described as stiff, cold and
uncaring. You are known to lack spontaneity but you really don't care about opinions. You don't like to create
scenes and will never accept invitations to a party where you suspect the presence of an unruly lot. But your
very presence seems challenging to some and they take vicarious pleasure in your disquiet. When angry you
can use critical language. A dressing down can humiliate your opponent, causing a strain between both of
you forever.

VIRGO
Most of you are gentle and have full control over your emotions but those of you given to temper tantrums
can certainly get violent. When see things with rage, you yell and shout and tend to break things lying close
at hand. You can even harm yourself by banging your hands on a glass top table or wall. You should never
get into any argument, for you are a sore loser. You feel that others are trying to persecute you and don't
quite respect your opinions. When hurt, you can also hold grudges forever.

LIBRA
Did someone say that you are the charmers of the zodiac? Well, it's true. Few have ever seen you ruffled or
angry. You are very conscious of your image, and you believe that anger distorts your face and personality.
You also think you are above things like anger. But wait before you get into self-congratulatory mood. Your
family or those very close to you know you better. You have an unmatched temper amongst all the zodiac
signs, and what makes it worse is your capacity to justify it.

SCORPIO
Of course you don't lose your cool. But your very demeanor (manner) projects haughtiness (arrogance,
pride), pride and grand disdain (disregard) for lesser mortals (human). Others are often found saying that
anger sits on your nose and you are raring to give your piece mind to the first person who try to be funny with
you. You are selective in the choice of your friends, and have a low tolerance for the superfluous (extra)
types. Your tongue-lashing (attack) is generally in a soft hissing tone for when you scream, your voice tends
to get shrill and loud and you do hate drawing attention to yourself! When upset, you are angrier with yourself
for having shown weakness, for the last thing that Scorpio wants to show is being out of control.

SAGITTARIUS
You are insensible and generally have no complete control over your emotions. You do get angry quickly and
others marvel at your anger levels even when provoked. Actually, you get tongue-tied when angry and you
will remove your anger waiting for the other person to calm down. Then you will reason with your opponent
and convince the other person in a very gentle manner that the whole thing was just his mistake. You're also
likely to totally sever ties with someone when you're upset with them.

CAPRICORN
Few will believe that a hardcore practical and materialistic person like you is capable of sensitivity and
genuine emotions. You project a hard exterior but are actually very sensitive, a trait you successfully hide
from others. You can see thing with anger but will not betray your feelings. But then, there are times that even
you cannot control your temper. Under such circumstances you can shout and scream, more with frustration
at the situation than with anger at any particular person. Your outbursts can shock others and can make them
feel guilty too.

AQUARIUS
You are noble and kind and dislike losing control over your emotions. It is very rare for you to get angry. You
are also the pacifier in situations that involve arguments. It is always your endeavor to be perfect and socially
correct in your behavior and attitude, but if misunderstood and slighted you can give in to an angry outburst.
You will shout and scream and then walk out from the scene. You cannot easily forget the situation and will
be bitter about it for a long time.

PISCES
The only thing that can be said about you dreamers is that you appear even more attractive when angry. You
are very sensitive to others' feelings, so you rarely hurt them. But when others tend to hurt you, then things
take a nasty turn. You will yell and use harsh words and feel inclined to shake everything and everyone up.
Your creative imagination is at its best when angry, and you tend to get pretty dramatic. When upset, you
refuse to listen to reason and wish to be left alone. But once you calm down, you repent your tantrums and
seek forgiveness. SO nobody can be upset with you for too long.

5 Lessons on Me of Being a Person

catfight anybody =0

Lesson 1 : Talking too much is a no no!! You might end up opening your big mouth to talk about some other person( might be ur BFF ) and get 'ur "Pahala" deducted and so do'ur mark in that pacticular person heart or you might end up like Paris Hilton and her BFF's...remember people do talk back even when you say "It's a secret".

Lesson 2 : People will talk, be'coz they always fail to see and listen the real scenario. So, why you in the other hand should bother listen to the "deaf" and "blind". Just be 'urself and don't hurt anybody in that process...

Lesson 3 : " There are more than meets the eye". Well, it's true. Try not to judge people once you lay your eyes on them. Take times to evaluate them and keep the conclusion to 'urself alone. Remember 'ur perception is crucial to 'urself 'coz you need to determine which is friends and which is not only...you do not get to judge other person and tell the whole world because you are no better than them, then. Just ask 'urself " who are you to judge them? "...

Lesson 4 : Backstabing is a fail effort. You ruined 'urself and 'ur ethics if you do it. Next thing you know, you going too far and too much unrewind damage have been made. So. play it safe, play it fair..earn the respect not stole it =)

Lesson 5 : Always remember the "Truth is Out There". Truth never fail to resurface when you least expect them to. When you make mistake, admit it. Save a lot of trouble to find the solutions when you know the source of the mistake. You also will learn to be careful and humble and of course you earn your respect for your bravery in being honest...

But the most important thing as being a human being is respect others and respect yourself..it will lead you to other aspects of goodness in life...

My Bos, Bos

Well just finish meeting and a lot of accuses, not bad but well it will slightly damage ones relationship and appearance( ha ha me la tu! )

I'm not saying he's wrong or what but respectively he just seeing all these commotion from outsider perspective which do not involved in the whole situation. Like a man who sit outside the circle of men holding hands and only get to see all these people's clothes, not what's inside. When that happened you might get it wrong wether they are protecting something or just playing around.

But "nah, it's always ok for me for others to speak up their opinion on me. Even when i know it's not true, i'll know what their perception on me and it will make me more cautious. On the person and also the situation i've gotten into".

I think people should take time to listen and be natural. Wipe out all perceptions and wear that person'shoes, who you trying to judge and experience what she's experiencing.
And even so don't touch on our life outside the works because it's ours not yours. Even if others commented on us and our lifestyle we knew it better and they are no better than us.
So, judge us as soon as we step on the stairs of the company..AND never said you don't want to speak how our private life shadowed our works and get on with other stuff that not related to our life..because "duh, you already mention it"

An Email from Friends for All Info

NEEDLE CAN SAVE THE LIFE OF A STROKE PATIENT -- .

From a Chinese Professor .
Keep a
syringe or needle in your home to do this... It's amazing and an unconventional way of recovering from stroke, read it through it can help somebody one day.

This is amazing. Please keep this very handy. Excellent tips.
Do take a minute to read this. You'll never know, ones life may depend on you.

My father was
paralyzed and later died from the result of a stroke. I wish I knew about this first aid before.
When stroke strikes, the capillaries in the brain will gradually burst. (Irene Liu)

When a stroke occurs, stay calm.

No matter where the victim is,
do not move him/her. Because, if moved, the capillaries will burst.

Help the victim to sit up where he/she is to prevent him/her from falling over again
and then the blood letting can begin .

If you have in your home an
injection syringe that would be the best.

Otherwise, a
sewing needle or a straight pin will do.

1. Place the needle/pin over fire to sterilize it and then use it to prick the tip of all ......10 fingers.
2. There are no specific acupuncture points, just prick about an mm from the fingernail.
3. Prick till blood comes out.
4. If blood does not start to drip, then squeeze with your fingers.
5. When all 10 digits is bleeding, wait a few minutes then the victim will regain consciousness.

6.
If the victim's mouth is crooked , then pull on his ears until they are red.
7. Then prick each earlobe twice until two drops of blood comes from each earlobe.
After a few minutes the victim should regain consciousness.

Wait till the victim regains his normal state without any abnormal symptoms then take him to the hospital.
Otherwise, if he was taken in the ambulance in a hurry to the hospital, the bumpy trip will cause all the capillaries in his brain to burst.

If he could save his life, barely managing to walk, then it is by the grace of his ancestors.
'I learned about letting blood to save life from Chinese traditional doctor, Ha Bu Ting, who lives in Sun Juke.

Furthermore, I had practical experience with it. Therefore, I can say this method is 100% effective.
In 1979, I was teaching in Fung Gaap College in Tai Chung.

One afternoon, I was teaching a class when another teacher came running to my classroom and said in panting,
'Ms Liu, come quick, our supervisor has had a
stroke !'. I immediately went to the 3rd floor.
When I saw our supervisor, Mr. Chen Fu Tien,
his colour was off, his speech was slurred , his mouth was crooked - all the symptoms of a stroke.

I immediately asked one of the practicum students to go to the pharmacy outside the school to buy a
syringe , which I used to prick Mr. Chen's 10 fingers tips.

When all
10 fingers were bleeding (each with a pea-sized drop of blood), after a few minutes, Mr. Chen's face regained its colour and his eyes' spirit returned,

But his mouth was still crooked
. So I pulled on his ears to fill them with blood . When his ears became red ,
I
pricked his right earlobe twice to let out two drops of blood .

When
both earlobes had two drops of blood each , a miracle happened .
Within 3-5 minutes
the shape of his mouth returned to normal and his speech became clear.

We
let him rest for a while and have a cup of hot tea , then we helped him go down the stairs, drove him to Wei Wah Hospital . He rested one night and was released the next day to return to school to teach.. Everything worked normally.
There were no ill after effects.
On the other hand, the
usual stroke victim usually suffers Irreparable bursting of the brain capillaries on the way to the hospital. As a result, these victims never recover.' (Irene Liu)Therefore, stroke is the second cause of death. The lucky ones will stay alive but can remain paralysed for life.

It is such a horrible thing to happen in ones life.

If we can all remember this blood letting method
and start the life saving process immediately , in a short time, the victim will be revived and regain 100% normality.

Live 'ur Life to The Fullest

Well obviously here it just advised us to live our lives to the fullest. No need to worried and take responsibility as happy as can be. Don't forget to reward yourself and stop blaming anybody for your misfortune..

Take positive step in every way and try to see the world from child's perspective. You'll certainly live longer if you keep it up and much happier also..

I am less so why should i want more, when enough is just enough for me =)
